What's A Superdelegate Vote Worth? Maybe $20 Million

At least that's what Steven Ybarra, a Democratic superdelegate from California thinks.

He's offering his vote for sale - for $20 million - to either the Clinton or Obama campaign.

Ybarra said he wants the money to go toward registering and educating eligible Mexican-American voters.
